The hedgerows are heavy with berries, hips, and haws – a reminder that autumn is a season of gathering and slowing down. Together, we’ll explore the nourishing gifts of the season, learning how to safely identify hedgerow plants, wild seeds and spices and explore how to use them for food and medicine.
After a gentle foraging walk with tastings of wild teas and snacks, we’ll roll up our sleeves to create:
🌿 Hawthorn & Honey Dressing – a heart-healthy tonic and tasty drizzle
🍷 Sloe Berry Brandy – a warming treat to enjoy over winter
🍇 Elderberry Syrup – immune-boosting goodness to see you through the colder months
You’ll leave with your own handmade preserves, seasonal knowledge, and a deeper connection to nature’s autumn abundance.
