Free Willow Weaving and Natural Cordage Workshop

  • Pleasley Pit Trust Pit Lane Pleasley, NG19 7PH United Kingdom (map)

Spend a relaxed, creative morning outdoors, perfect for beginners. You’ll have a go at weaving simple willow creations like a bird feeder, fish, little tree, and a hoop that can be used for a wreath, herb drying rack or the base of a dream catcher.

You’ll also learn the basics of making natural cordage from plant fibres, adding a simple, satisfying skill to your nature craft toolkit. A hands-on, mindful session to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy making something fun.

I always bring my wild herbal teas to these sessions and include a little bit of foraging too.

This free session is delivered in partnership with the Land Trust and Pleasley Pit Trust. Spaces are limited, but if you live in the area and would like to book on please email greenangels@thelandtrust.org.uk or call Emma on 07468367904.
